One of the biggest shifts for me has been becoming more at ease with showing how I feel. I used to see emotion as something to manage; now I see it as something to connect through. That change has opened up a more genuine way of relating to others - especially those I work with.

 

I’ve learned the value of holding space for others - of listening without the need to fix or to prove. You’ve modelled that kind of listening, and it’s changed how I engage with staff, peers, and colleagues.
